Water Resistant Test
All our product will be designed to pass the waterresistance above XPI4, to simulate the raining day at outdoor and spraying water from variety angles.
Lumens Test
With Integrating Sphere at laboratory, we can get the lumens data from the product, to know how bright the light is with our optical & electrical engineering design.
Temperature Test
Durability is the critical for the outdoor product, our products will need to have the examination under lowest and highest temperate at many circles to make sure the finish of product is durable at different outdoor environments and weather conditions.
Vibration Test
To make sure the mounting system is reliable during the riding on various road condition, our products will need to pass the vibration test on the machine over 100,000 times.
LED Lifetime Test
Heat releasing is the top issue for the lighting mechanical and electrical design, our lighting products are always need to pass the LED lifetime test to make sure the LED lifetime is long enough at lighting products.
Luminosity Test
To understand the brightness on the ground or object from our lights, we are having the luminometer to get the measurement of LUX on the surface at different points from distance at laboratory.
Drop Test
To avoid the serious damage while drop or impact the product accidentally, our product need to pass the drop test before the product, to ensure the product can still work after drop from the distance.
Electrical Current Test
Safety is our first concern at designing the lights, especially the electrical part. during the usage or recharging situation, our electrical engineer is always doing the electrical & current test regularly before the production.
User Experience Test
Before the product, user experience test will help us to be realistic and practical to understand the situation while the light be used. It is the final test at developing process to make sure our products is no critical issues.
